How do I check in and out at the event?

On each event day, Teddy texts you a check-in link in the morning. Tap it, then tap Check in. At the end of the day Teddy sends a check-out link, or you can tap Check out on the same page any time after checking in.

Teddy's event-day texts. Each opens your RSVP page.

Checking in

Tap the link in Teddy's morning text.
Tap Check in.
Your phone may ask to share your location. It helps the organizer confirm you're at the venue, and you can still check in if you say no.

Checking out

Tap Check out in Teddy's end-of-day text, or on your RSVP page.

Good to know

Check-in texts only go to coaches who said they're attending.
Plans changed and you can't make it? Reply NO to Teddy so the organizer knows.
