RSVP invitations from Teddy, answering, your calendar, and checking in.
I got an invitation from Teddy. What is it, and how do I answer?
Teddy is Tourney Direct's text assistant. An event organizer that uses Tourney Direct has invited you to attend their event, and Teddy is collecting your answer for them. Reply YES if you'll attend or NO if you can't. It's an invitation to attend, not a work or paid opportunity.
How do I change my RSVP or add the event to my calendar?
Reply YES or NO to Teddy any time, or open your RSVP page from the invitation email and tap the other button. Your latest answer is the one that counts. After you say yes, Teddy's confirmation includes an Add it to your calendar link.
How do I check in and out at the event?
On each event day, Teddy texts you a check-in link in the morning. Tap it, then tap Check in. At the end of the day Teddy sends a check-out link, or you can tap Check out on the same page any time after checking in.
I signed up on an event's RSVP link. What happens next?
You're registered as attending. You'll get one confirmation, usually a text from Teddy, Tourney Direct's text assistant, on behalf of the event organizer, with a link to add the event to your calendar. After that you get the same reminders and event-day check-in links as everyone attending.
