How do I verify attendance (who checked in or out), and what does the ⚠️ mean?

The Check-In, Check-Out, and Time at Event columns on each staff tab show it live. A time with an orange ✓ is a check-in. "In progress" in Check-Out means they're still checked in.

Where:

Events → select the event → Coaches / Officials / Event Staff / Athletic Trainers tab. On the Coaches tab, open Columns if the columns are hidden.

How to read it

✓ 9:05 AM: checked in. The distance warning (⚠️) isn't turned on yet, so a check-in doesn't confirm they were at the venue. See R-05.
(blank): not checked in.
Check-Out: In progress: checked in, not yet out.
Time at Event: 1h 20m: total time between check-in and check-out.
Multi-day events show a tag per day (Day 1, Day 2).
The attendance tiles (Stipend Coaches Checked In, Non-Stipend Coaches Checked In via QR, Total Coaches in Attendance, Actual Stipend Spend) count each coach who checked in once per day, by link or QR code. See C-18.

Fixing attendance

Someone's here but didn't tap their link: ask Teddy "Check in Mac Wellsbells" or "Check in all coaches" (bulk). Confirm when asked.
Filter the tab by Checked In status to see just who's on site.

Good to know

Staff check in by tapping the link Teddy texts them at the shift's check-in time, or by QR code at the venue. See R-01.
Pay is gated on check-in: a coach who never checked in can't be paid until you check them in.
