Resource Center- A status change can take up to a day to show on the Events page cards.
- Completed and Cancelled events stay in your list so you can review staff, check-ins and pay.
- Cancelled events show a red Cancelled badge, drop off your landing pages, and stop sending reminders.
- A cancelled event can't be reopened from the portal. Ask Teddy to submit a support request if you cancelled by mistake.
What do Active, Completed and Cancelled mean on my events?
Every event card and the event dropdown show a status. Active means the event is upcoming or running. Completed means the event is over and wrapped up. Cancelled means it was cancelled (E-14).
