What do the waiver, DL, and document badges mean on the Event Staff page?

The waiver and DL badges come from your Staff Directory. You'll see them in the Event Staff Pool and in the + Assign picker. They're for your information only. You can still assign someone who is missing a document, so check the badges before you publish.

Event Staff → Schedule → Event Staff Pool and the + Assign list. Documents themselves are managed in Staff Directory.

What each badge means

Badge	Meaning
Waiver signed	Signed and current.
Waiver 12d left	Expires within 30 days.
Waiver expired / No waiver	Needs to sign. Resend from Staff Directory.
DL verified	Driver's license uploaded and approved.
DL 12d left	Approved, but expires within 30 days. A driver's license is good for 12 months from upload.
DL pending review	Uploaded, waiting for someone on your team to review it in Staff Directory.
DL expired / No DL	Needs to upload one.

Social Proof column (Player role only)

Shows how many of a Player's required documents are verified, for example "2/3 verified." A Player can't be paid until it's all verified. "Not configured" means you haven't set up a document request for Players yet. See SD-04.

Good to know

Certifications (CPR, First Aid, COI, USA Lacrosse and others) are shown in Staff Directory only, not on this page.
To fix a badge, open the person in Staff Directory and resend the request or review what they uploaded. The Event Staff page picks up the change the next time it loads.
