Where do I see coach survey results, and how do I thank the coaches?

On the last day of your event, coaches who checked in get a short survey by text (see H-09). Your latest results show on your homepage in the Coach feedback card, and the full breakdown is on the Survey Results page. From either place you can send the coaches a thank-you text.

Where:

Events → Survey Results in the left sidebar, or the Survey tile on an event's card on your Events page. The homepage card's Read the full review button opens the same page. On the Coaches page it's under Links ▾ → Survey results.

What you'll see

  • TD Rating: your overall score out of 5. Overall Experience counts most (30%), then Event Operations and Communication (20% each), then Staff Hospitality and Payment (15% each). Because of the weighting, it won't exactly match the average of the question scores.
  • Would work again: percent of coaches who said yes.
  • Responses: coaches who finished, out of the coaches who were sent the survey.
  • AI Summary: three takeaways from the comments.
  • Question breakdown: the average for each 1 to 5 question.
  • Coach comments: "What went well" and "What could improve," shown without names.

Type in Search or select an event… to jump to an event. Results update each time a coach finishes, so you don't need to wait.

To thank the coaches

  • From your homepage: on the Coach feedback card click Thank the coaches. Choose who gets it (coaches who checked in, confirmed coaches, or all coaches), write a message or click ✨ Let Teddy draft it, click Review & send, check the count, then Send.
  • From Survey Results: under the event, click Thank the coaches for the standard message, or Write your own message then Send this message. It goes to the coaches who worked the event. The same message only goes out once, so a second click won't text anyone twice.

Good to know

  • An event shows up once its last day has passed and at least one coach has finished the survey. The page shows your 20 most recent events.
  • Seven days after the event, Teddy also texts you a summary. To stop it for someone, see H-09.
  • Ask Teddy "How did the coaches rate [event]?" and he'll give you the rating, would-work-again, response count and the main themes from comments, with a link to the full results.
  • Missing an event or a coach? See H-10.
