How do I see who got, opened or bounced my email?

Open Messages → Activity and click the send. You'll see what you wrote and a row for each person: Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Bounced or Failed.

Where:

Left sidebar → Messages → Activity.

What each status means

Status	Meaning
Sent	Handed off for delivery. It usually changes within a minute or two.
Delivered	It reached their inbox.
Opened	They opened it. Some email apps hide opens, so Delivered doesn't always mean unread.
Clicked	They clicked a link.
Bounced	The address doesn't work. Get a better one from them.
Failed	It couldn't be sent. The reason shows in the row.

Good to know

Filter by Last 7 / 30 / 90 days or All time, and by Sent OK, Some failures or All failed.
Type a question in Ask Teddy about your sends…, for example "How many people opened Saturday's schedule email?"
Older sends may show "No per-recipient detail available for this older send."
Recruit sends have an orange RECRUIT badge.
