What is RecruitingPro, and how do I get it?

RecruitingPro lets you email college coaches across the Tourney Direct network, not just people already on your events, to invite them to your event. It comes with a subscription for your organization, and everyone on your team gets access. To add it, email info@tourneydirect.com.
Where:Left sidebar → Messages → RecruitingPro.
What you can do
- Search coaches by Division, Conference, Program, Position title, Coach type and Sport.
- Save searches you use often.
- Start from a template, or have Teddy draft the email.
- Add your event's Interest Page link with one click.
- Up to 100 coaches per send and 250 per day. See MR-02.
Good to know
- If your organization doesn't have it, clicking the tab shows a short note with how to reach us.
- Think you should have it? Make sure you're signed in to the portal as yourself, refresh the page, and email info@tourneydirect.com if it's still locked.
- Emailing your own staff, officials and coaches on Compose doesn't need RecruitingPro.
