What do the different official statuses mean?

Each official in your table shows a status reflecting where they are in the process, from Available (responded to the availability request) through Paid (stipend has been paid). You can filter the table to just one status at a time, and search by name.

Where:

Events → Officials tab → status column, or the "All Statuses" filter dropdown.

The statuses

Status	Meaning
Available	Responded to the availability request
Assignments Sent	You've sent them assignments; awaiting their accept/decline
Accepted Assignments	They've accepted
Checked In	They've checked in on-site for game day
Not Available	They told Teddy they can't work
Canceled	Assignment was canceled
Paid	Stipend has been paid

Good to know

Changing an official's status to Accepted Assignments or Canceled in their row does the same as Accept or Decline in Accept or decline for officials (see O-07): they're confirmed for, or taken off, their games, and Teddy texts them.
Use the "All Statuses" dropdown above the table to filter to one status at a time, and the search box to find someone by name.
