What are the 3 steps to assigning officials?

The Officials tab is built around three steps, shown as three cards at the top of the page: Get Availability, Assign Officials, and Send Assignments. None of the three are locked behind the others, so you can jump between them at any time.

Where:

Events → select the event → Officials tab.

The three steps

  1. Get Availability: ask your officials when they can work. Teddy sends the requests and collects responses automatically.
  2. Assign Officials: build your game-by-game assignments using whoever's responded as available.
  3. Send Assignments: once your schedule is ready, Teddy texts each official their own assignments and collects accept/decline.

Good to know

  • You don't have to wait for every official to respond before moving to step 2. You can start assigning as soon as some people have answered and come back to fill gaps later.
  • None of the three steps are locked behind the others; jump between them at any time as your schedule changes.
