- Open the event and go to the Officials tab.
- In the Assignor Fee (flat) box, click Edit.
- Type the fee in dollars, like 250 or 250.00.
- Click Save. The box shows the new amount, with "Saved." underneath.
How do I add the assignor fee?
On the Officials page, find the Assignor Fee (flat) box at the top, next to Actual Stipend Spend. Click Edit, type the amount, and click Save.

Good to know
- It's one flat fee for the whole event, not per game or per official.
- The fee is part of the officials budget, so the officials balance goes down by that amount.
- To change it, click Edit again. To remove it, clear the amount and click Save.
- If someone else changed the fee while you had the page open, nothing is saved. The box shows their amount so you can check it and try again.
- Ask Teddy for the officials budget and he'll include the assignor fee.
