Resource CenterHi Jordan! You've been assigned to officiate at Spring Classic Tournament.
📅 Sat, Apr 11 — Complex A
- Field 2, 8:00 AM ET
- Field 2, 10:00 AM ET
- Field 4, 1:00 PM ET
Do you accept or reject these assignments? Reply 1 to accept ALL, 2 to decline ALL, or tell us which game number(s) you can't work (e.g. "can't do 2") and we'll confirm before making any changes.
Reply 1 to accept all your games. You're confirmed, and a calendar link with all your games follows right after. Add it to your phone's calendar so game times show up automatically.
Reply 2 to decline all your games. Your assignor is told so they can find a replacement.
Can only work some games? Tell Teddy in your own words, for example:
- "can't do 2"
- "can't do 2 and 3"
- "only the morning games"
Teddy reads it back before changing anything:
✅ Accepting: Field 2, 8:00 AM ET ❌ Declining: Field 2, 10:00 AM ET; Field 4, 1:00 PM ET Reply YES to confirm, or tell me what to change.
Reply YES if that's right. If it isn't, say what to change. Your assignor is told which games you can't work, and your calendar link has just the games you kept.
If your assignments change after you've already accepted, a game gets added or moved, you'll get an updated text and a fresh calendar link:
