What does the Cancellations tab show?

Cancellations shows your cancel rate for the season you pick, how late people cancel, each event's cancel rate by year, and how many cancellations came in over the last 14 days.

Where:

Reports → Cancellations. The year buttons pick the season.

What you'll see

Cancel rate and no-show rate for the season, compared with the year before and with the average across all events. The rates use the same formula as each coach's own record. See RP-03.
How late people cancel: more than 7 days out, 3 to 7 days out, or under 72 hours before the event.
Cancel rate by year for each event.
Recent cancellations: how many in the last 14 days, how many were under 72 hours before the event, and a See who link that opens the Coaches page filtered to cancelled coaches for that event.

Good to know

Timing is measured from the date the cancellation was recorded to the first day of the event. A cancellation recorded after the event ended is counted in the rate but not in the timing.
Years with missing records are hidden, the same as on the main report. See RP-04.
