What does the Staff strength tab show?

Staff strength looks at the coaches you've picked for each upcoming event and tells you how many are likely to show, the mix of dependable and risky picks, and whether to add extras. It shows counts only. Coach names stay on the Coaches page.

Reports → Staff strength.

What you'll see

Expected to show: how many of your confirmed coaches should end up working. It's the same number as Expected to work on Forecast. See RP-08.
Your picks: a bar showing how many confirmed coaches are Dependable, Mixed, Limited history, New or High risk.
Suggestion: how many extras to add to reach your target, how many high-risk picks you have, and how many offers are still out with about how many will accept.
Show them: opens the Coaches page filtered to that event's high-risk picks, where each one has a High risk tag.
Your patterns: the dark box shows how often returning coaches drop out at your events compared with first-timers, and when most of your dropouts happen.

What the groups mean

Group	Meaning
Dependable	Accepted 3 or more events and rarely dropped out
Mixed	Accepted 3 or more events with some dropouts
Limited history	Accepted 1 or 2 events, too few to call
New	Hasn't accepted an event yet
High risk	Dropped out of 2 or more events after accepting

Good to know

Each coach's record covers every event on the platform, not just yours.
One cancellation never makes a coach high risk.
A declined offer or a transfer doesn't count as a dropout.
