Where do replies go, and what does my email look like to recipients?

Your email shows your name as the sender, and replies go straight to your own email inbox, not the portal. A short footer is added saying you sent it through Tourney Direct.

Messages → Compose.

What recipients see

From: your name, from messages@messages.tourneydirect.com.
Reply-to: your own email address.
Footer: "{Your name} sent this through Tourney Direct's platform," a link to Unsubscribe or choose which emails you get, and our mailing address. See M-06.

Test, Cc and attachments

Send test email sends it only to you, with "[TEST]" in the subject.
Cc (up to 10 addresses): each address gets one copy, with "[Cc]" in the subject and a note saying how many people it went to.
Attachments: up to 10 files, 15 MB each and about 18 MB in total. PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, text and images. For anything bigger, share a link.

Good to know

A reply to your email doesn't accept an offer. Coaches still reply YES to Teddy's text or tap Accept this offer.
