Your file needs these columns (the names can vary a little, for example "Cell" works for mobile):

Click Download CSV template (on the upload window, or under Actions) for a ready-made file. You can upload up to 2,000 coaches at a time.
The preview
Before anything is saved you see three counts:
- Ready to invite: coaches who will be added to this event.
- Already invited (no change): coaches already on this event. Nothing changes for them.
- Need your attention: rows that can't be added as-is.
Rows that need attention are listed with the reason:
- No email and no mobile, Email is not valid, Mobile is not a valid number, or Missing name: fix the file and upload again.
- Same email or Same mobile on two rows (a program office, for example): choose which coach to keep, or Skip all.
Confirming permission
Before you can add coaches, check the box confirming your organization has permission to contact everyone on the list by text message and email about this event. It's required on every upload, and we keep a record of who confirmed it and when.
