How do I read the RSVPs page?

The RSVPs page shows four counts at the top (Invited, Attending, Not attending, No response), a Needs attention strip when something needs you, and a table of every coach you've invited. Click a count to filter the table, and click a coach for their full details.

Where:

Events → RSVPs, then choose the event at the top. Only events with RSVP invitations turned on are listed.

The counts

Each count is also a filter. Click Attending to see only coaches who said yes, and so on. The chip next to the search box shows the filter you're on. Click its x to clear it.

Needs attention

This strip appears when:

  • A coach can't be reached: their text failed and there's no email, or an email bounced and they can't be texted.
  • A coach asked a question Teddy couldn't answer.

Click Review to filter the table to just those coaches.

If you see Sending is paused instead, new invitations and reminders are on hold while we look at delivery problems with a recent list. See RV-09.

A coach's details

Click a coach to open their details:

  • Response: set it yourself (see RV-05).
  • Contact: add or fix their email or mobile. If their invitation failed, it's sent again to the new details. These details are only used to reach this coach about this event.
  • Response history: every answer, how they gave it and when.
  • Check-in: each event day's check-in and check-out time.
  • Delivery log: every message sent to them.
  • Remove from this event: they get no more messages. Their record is kept.

Good to know

  • Export CSV downloads exactly what the table is showing, including check-in times.
  • Mark a question as handled from the coach's details once you've followed up.
