How do check-in and check-out work for attending coaches?

On each event day, coaches who said yes get a text from Teddy with a check-in link at your event's check-in time (7 AM unless your event sets another time). Coaches who checked in get a check-out link at the end of the day (5 PM by default). You see who checked in on the RSVPs page.
Where:The Checked in column on the RSVPs page, and each coach's details under Check-in.
What the coach does
- Taps the link in the text. Their RSVP page opens.
- Taps Check in. Their phone may ask to share their location.
- At the end of the day, taps Check out from the second text, or from the same page any time after checking in.
What you see
- The Checked in column shows each coach's latest check-in, for example "Nov 21 · In 8:02 AM (2 days)".
- A coach's details list every event day with check-in and check-out times.
- A check-in more than a mile from the venues you invited coaches to is flagged "More than a mile from the venue". It's still recorded.
Good to know
- Check-in texts go out at your check-in time even when that's before 9 AM, because that's when coaches need them.
- RSVP check-in is separate from staff check-in. Attending coaches don't count toward staffing, attendance alerts or pay.
- Coaches who said yes also got a link to add the event to their calendar, covering every event day with the venues and arrival details.
