Coaches who haven't answered never get two reminders within two days of each other. Coaches without texts get the same reminders by email.
Sending a reminder yourself
Click Send reminder, choose No response or Attending (a "you're confirmed" reminder), check the preview, and send.
RSVP settings
- Who should coaches contact with questions?: a name, email (required) and phone. Shown at the bottom of every RSVP page and email, and replies to RSVP emails go to this email. Invites and the public sign-up link can't be used until it's set.
- RSVPs close: when answers lock. Leave it blank to close when the event starts.
- Invite from: the name invitations come from.
- Which venues are coaches invited to?: shown when the event has more than one venue. Invitations, the calendar entry and check-in use only the venues you check.
- First reminder, Before the event, You're confirmed reminder and Day-before reminder: change the timing, or turn any of them off.
- Button color: the color of the buttons on your RSVP pages, emails and website sign-up button. Use default goes back to Tourney Direct orange. Very light colors fall back to orange so buttons stay readable.
- Public link limit: your public sign-up link stops taking sign-ups once this many coaches are attending. See RV-10.
When the event changes
- Date or venue changes: coaches who are attending or haven't answered get an update by text or email.
- Event cancelled: everyone except coaches who said no is told, and RSVPs lock.
