Before you turn it on
- Fill in Who should coaches contact with questions? under Actions → RSVP settings. The link can't be turned on until it's set. See RV-07.
- Add your logo so coaches recognize your event: upload it under Operator logo when you edit the event. Your first logo is also saved for your other events. Without one, the page shows your organization's name instead.
Sharing it
- Copy: paste the link into an email, a newsletter or a social post.
- QR code: click Download PNG for flyers, signs and slides.
- Button for your website: click Copy code and paste it into your website builder's HTML or embed block. It shows a "Coaches: RSVP here" button in your button color.
What coaches see
A page with your logo, the event's dates and venues, and a short form: first and last name, college or school, mobile number, email (optional), and a box to agree to texts about your event. Your questions contact is at the bottom. After signing up they get one confirmation, by text or by email if texts are off for their number, with a link to add the event to their calendar. See CO-08.
What you see
- Sign-ups show in your table as Attending with a Signed up tag, and the counts update.
- They get the same "you're confirmed" reminders, check-in links and event updates as coaches you invited. See RV-07 and RV-08.
- The Public sign-up link window shows how many coaches have signed up.
Staying in control
- Public link limit (in RSVP settings): the link stops taking sign-ups once that many coaches are attending.
- Turn off link: the page says sign-ups are closed. Turn it back on any time; the link stays the same.
- Get a new link: makes a new link, and the old link, its QR code and any website button stop working straight away. Use this if a link was shared somewhere it shouldn't be.
- The link also closes on its own when RSVPs close or the event is cancelled.
