What is Team Fundraisers?

Team Fundraisers lets a club, school or college team work your event and earn money for its program. You schedule, text and check in the players on Event Staff like anyone else, but their pay goes to the team as one total instead of to each player. After the event, you pay the team and record the payment on Team Fundraisers.

Where:

Left sidebar → Team Fundraisers. You choose who works for a team on Event Staff → Pay view.

How it works

Add the team on Team Fundraisers. See TF-02.
Staff the event as usual on Event Staff: schedule, texts and check-in don't change.
Mark the players as paid to the team in the Event Staff Pay view. See TF-03.
After the event, the team's total shows under Ready to pay. It adds up what each player earned, and no-shows count as $0. See TF-04.
Pay the team your usual way (check, bank transfer or cash), then record the payment so your records stay in one place. See TF-05.

Right now (phase 1): you pay the team yourself and record it in Tourney Direct. Paying the team directly from Tourney Direct is coming. See TF-06 for why it isn't turned on yet.
