Buttons along the top
- Waiver Templates: your own waivers for staff to sign (see SD-04).
- Document Requests: anything else you collect, like a business license (see SD-04).
- Standard Roles: your organization's role list. It's the same list you see on Event Staff → Roles & Shifts (see ES-01).
- Task Templates: saved pre-event questions you can send from an event's Tasks tab (see ES-11).
- Sign-up Link: a link people use to add themselves to a group (see SD-07).
- Upload List and Add Staff Member: add people (see SD-05).
Finding people
- Tabs: All, Officials, Coaches, Event Staff, Athletic Trainers, each with a count.
- Group pills: show one group at a time. Someone in several groups shows under each one. A link icon means the group's sign-up link is on, and "3 new" counts people who signed up in the last 7 days.
- Search: by name, phone or email.
- Sport filter: appears once anyone has a sport.
- Needs review: anyone with a document waiting for you to verify, or a credential expiring within 30 days (see SD-03).
- DL missing: anyone who hasn't uploaded a driver's license yet.
The columns
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name | A New tag for 7 days after someone signs up through a sign-up link, with their city, state and school underneath. Hover over the name for their groups, when they were added, and their no-show and cancellation rates. |
| Type | Official, Coach, Event Staff or Athletic Trainer. |
| Sports | Their sports, or "All sports" if none are set. |
| Mobile Phone | The number Teddy texts. |
| Click the envelope to email them (see below). | |
| Payment | Yes once they've finished setting up how they get paid. |
| Compliance | A badge for each credential: waiver, driver's license, certifications, COI, USA Lacrosse and your own document requests, with days left (see SD-02). |
Icons on each row
From left to right: driver's license (request, or view and verify), send waiver link, credentials (request, or review and verify), one icon for each of your document requests, edit, and remove.
Emailing one person
Click the envelope, write a subject and message, and click Send email. It goes out from your own email address, and replies come straight to your inbox. If the person isn't linked to a contact record yet, the envelope opens your own email app instead. For group messages, use the Messaging Hub.
Doing things for many people at once
Check the boxes on the left (or the box in the header to select the whole page), then click Bulk Send / Resend. You can send a waiver link, request a driver's license or credentials, send any of your document requests, or resend an outstanding waiver or license request. Each person gets their own text.
