Billing & plan

Where do I see my billing and plan, and how do I upgrade, add, or cancel a subscription?Teddy can do this
Account → My Subscriptions shows each product (TD Staff, TD Teams, TD Pay, TD Jobs), whether it's active, how many licenses you bought, and how many are left. Upgrade, Cancel, and Add open a short request form and the Tourney Direct team makes the change. Teddy can't change billing himself, but say "I have a billing question" and he'll send a support request straight to the team.
Where are my TD Pay receipts?Teddy can do this
Receipts for TD Pay charges are emailed automatically to the payment point of contact on your account each time you're charged. If you can't find one, ask Teddy "Send me the receipt for [event]", today he files a support request and the team sends it; a direct lookup is on the build list.

Team members & roles

How does Team & Permissions work?
Team & Permissions (Account → Team & Permissions) replaces the old "My Users" tab. Instead of assigning someone a single role, you control exactly what each person on your team can do, individually, and separately, what they're told about by text.
How do I add someone to my team?
Go to Account → Team & Permissions and click + Add person. Enter their name and email, choose what they can do, and click Add person. They get an email to create their password. To add several people at once, use ⇪ Bulk upload.
How do I set what someone on my team can do?
Click anyone's row in Account → Team & Permissions to expand their settings. Every action is off by default and must be explicitly checked, nothing is inferred from a job title or role. Changes save automatically as you check boxes; there's no separate Save button.
How do I remove someone's access to the portal?
When someone should no longer have any access to your organization's portal, they've left, or you simply want to revoke everything, use Remove access rather than manually unchecking every permission. It immediately clears every permission and blocks every gated action for them, even ones they previously had.
What happens when someone needs access they don't have?
Permissions in Tourney Direct are deliberately specific; nothing is granted by default. When someone on your team tries to do something they haven't been given permission for, they can request it on the spot instead of tracking down whoever manages your account. Your org admin gets a text from Teddy and can approve or deny it right there, or from the portal.
